How to unlock dell latitude d620

I have a dell Latitude D420 and a latitude d620 that a bought online unfortunately they came to me with a password, Somebody told me that itstored on a chip (EEprom) is there somebody who knows how to unlock them?
 
There is anyone who unlock BIOS for d620

I found the new chip with 25....
But no chance to reset the Bios pass.
If there is someone who know the solution please help us....:(((

I also got X300 by auction and bios cannot be accessed...
"System Disabled" code is [04368].
Could you provide the master pw plz?
 
Latitude X300 BIOS Password

I've got a Dell Latitude X300 here that was given to me as a hand me down. My brother forgot the BIOS password.

Here's the code I get when I enter the wrong password in three times: 07560

If there is any way possible you could please send me the BIOS master password I can send you a few dollars via paypal.

Does anyone have info on the location of the eeprom chip on a D820 Latitude. Or is it like the D620, and uses a different method of storing the bios info? Thanks

Exactly the same as D620
 
i also got one d520. eprom 25p80 on the bottom part of the laptop. i have read it also have one dump of a d620 with no password for that eprom. does anyone have any news matter to this. i can provide my dumps
 
I also got X300 by auction.
However, it BIOS Password was locked...

I cannot release Password though I tried eeprog by installing Linux.
Besides, is there a method of releasing the BIOS password?

"System Disabled" code is [00965].

Hey, guys, what happens when you type in a wrong password 3 times? Apart from showing a code for unlocking, is anything additionally locked? Is it in any way risky?

after typing the password 3 times, it shows that message with code number and it is blocked... it does't react on anything...so you can only turn it off and when you turn it on again everything is same...it is working, but with bios locked... :( ...and I think that there is no risk with additionally locking
