It's my first time encountering this kind of issue with my PC but it is alarming when I've read that it may affect a CPU's boot-ability in the future.
There seems to be multiple desktop.ini's in my PC and they seem to be deletable. However they appear once again when a new software is installed. And this is happening when the CPU has just been newly formatted.
I've ran the initial steps and process in the 4-Step Virus Removal
