Solved Did the clean up, nothing detected but have low virtual memory problem with svchost.exe

I only have one user on this laptop and it is the admin.
When I right click and pick run as..
It only says this account.
 
It shouldn't be saying anything.
Just follow what I said in my previous reply.

You must understand that in Windows 7 real administrator account is hidden.
What you have is an account with administrative rights not a real administrator account.
 
Once it reboots, the msconfig comes up again, saying I need to put it on normal startup and undo the changes I made. If I just leave it in the selective start up, it tells me to reboot again. It isn't recognizing me as an admin for some reason.
 
Ive tried some of the other suggestions, but it still does that. not a big deal tho.
I was wondering though, could someone use the logs I posted to get access into my computer?
