Frequent BSODs and freezes, need help

My pc has suddenly started freezing and giving BSOD. Never faced this problem before.

Attaching the minidump files need help..asap

System info:

Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit (6.1, Build 7601) Service Pack 1
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E4500 @ 2.20GHz (2 CPUs), ~2.2GHz

The only definitive cause cited is the Nvidia video driver nvlddkmkm.sys. So...

1. Download Driver Sweeper free version to your desktop screen and install.

2. Download the latest diver(s) for your video card but don't install them.

3. Uninstall your video card drivers and reboot your PC into Safe Mode. Run Driver Sweeper but ONLY for the video card drivers. I had someone use it on their chipset drivers! If it doesn't find any video card drivers that is quite okay; just leave all other drivers alone.

4. Reboot and install new video card drivers.
