My computer went into melt-down this morning and all of a sudden I started to received the following types of errors: "Hard drive clusters are partly damaged" "Windows OS can't detects a free hard drive space. hard drive error." "Failed to save all the components for the file: //system32" Each of these errors were backed up by a 'System Check' process (www.system-check.com) that mentioned it could fix warnings but any critical fixes would require the full purchase of the product. Immediately I was suspect as I have never installed this System Check and it is not a Windows Vista standard product. Reading the TechSpot then I believe it is a virus/malware product as my McAfee quarantined a Trojan. I have followed the steps in http://www.techspot.com/vb/topic58138.html but need further assistance. At present I cannot see any contents of my C:\ or in the Start Menu although they do run if you search and run them manually. Can you please help?
