Kazaa not the problem

Kazaa the only one that worked. Winmx was where the virus came from. Anyway I had the problem of newly downloaded programs saying they are not connecting to the internet. I have cable and obviously I went to their site to download it to begin with.

Im thinking it has something to do with Internet Explorer not connecting, though I use netscape.
