Minidump help

I've been having problems with my computer for a while, I was getting the BSOD and my computer was restarting itself just after it starts up. I have since sent the computer back to it's factory default state and installed all updates. I then installed AVG and started getting problems again, the computer would freeze just after it's started up, after uninstalling AVG and Service Pack 3 it seems to be OK but I'm hoping there's something in the Minidump that's conflicting with AVG to cause the problems.
