NEC medias 101t reboots itself randomly and without me doing anything

I just bought myself a NEC medias 101t smarthphone 5 days ago and now I got a problem

The phone just reboots itself (a software reboot, not total) for no aparent reason, without me doing anything to it, it's just lying there doing nothing and with the screen blocked and suddenly it makes the "rebooting" melody and so I notice.

This is happening to me since yesterday, it did it like 3 - 4 times, and hasn't done it today, yet. I would really apreciate if you could help me solve this issue (That I have likelly caused myself without knowing it)

Ok, that said I go to say the things I have done to it xD

As a good newbie with a new toy, 5 minutes after getting it I dedicated to explore all the new possiblities, toying with the google play store, customizing my desktops with widgets (wich took me 3 minutes to figure out how to do it xD) etc

I installed, tested and uninstalled a variety of apps and stuff, but nothing shady or dangerous, except for the apptoide and blackmart, wich I have already uninstalled

My phone is not rooted or overclocked in any way

It's worth mentioning that with all this my cellphone usually never has less than 100 MB RAM free and has hardly shown any RAM issues, except for minor lagg when seriously working it out

I thank in advance whatever help you may provide and I just add that I have no extra SIM card nor SD card, other than the includeds with my phone ( the SD included is 2 GB)

Pull out the battery and re-install it. If your phone is using a micro SDHC flash card, remove it and re-install it. If these steps don't work, try restoring the phone to factory settings

Well, TYVM for answering to my thread. I was starting to lose hope.

ok, so I did the first two (it does has a SD card and all) steps. Nothing bad has happened since (actually nothing bad has happened for the last couple days, it's pretty random). I will wait to see what happens (hopefully things will just work out).

In case things don't go well, is it safe to reset my device to factory settings? I mean, I have installed a couple apps that are paid and important and my dad won't humor me again and lend me his credit card to get them back

Okay, my wife's Android phone has the same issues and we had to remove the battery every couple of days, and her SD card is only 16GB. I will be installing a 32GB SD card today. I put a 32GB card in my phone. It only had a 8GB card. It runs much smoother and faster now

Well, can't really help you on that matter since I'm from mexico and I bought from TELCEL, wich is the only distributor here. However if you are thinking about buying it I'm not the one to discourage you. I have already figured out the reboot problem, it was because of the android version, 2.3.5, and it can be hotfixed with android assistant and switching the idle time wait for the wi-fi to "never when connected" or just "never". NEc 101-t will upgrade to ICS on january or february anyway so it's no big deal.
