Giving a separate domain name to porn sites is a step in the right direction. It will help in identifying a porn site just by its name. Now we don't have to visit those sites to determine weather they are safe or not.

    "Hard-2-Convince".....Is That Your Hip-Hop Name......?

Hm, this sounds like reading a book all the way through, then deciding it should be banned....? Did you really think that "Teach Me Fisting. com" was about boxing?

Well, I suppose giving p0rn sites their own domain is alright, but I suspect that somebody will want the proxy server case to read, "Arbeit macht frei". In which case I think that creating "xxx-uschwitz" is a really bad, deeply disturbing idea.

The RIAA and MPAA are notorious at bringing lawsuits which are basically attempts to re-litigate solved issues more to their favor. I can say with a great deal of certainty that whichever "morality" based coalition is "feeling its Cheerios" on any given day, will try to get censorship standards tightened. Having all the xxx sites in one concentration camp, (whoops, I mean domain), gives them a chance to picket vigorously, so to speak.

I think I heard on the news that Utah is the number one state for viewing and downloading internet p0rn. Wow, I suppose that has to include Salt Lake City.

And there you have it, all the hypocrisy that's fit to print.

No, we're not. We're just waiting for the search terms, "bionic" and "pr0n" together bring meaningful results.

Yeah one thing is so easy to abide. By getting their own domain there are hidden risks!! So beware..

Thats a little harsh? i'm not excactly standing up for Porn here but I did watch a program about it on BBC late one night and actually, a lot of Porn stars are actually fairly decent people who enjoy being naked in-front of a camera as a job and earn their money from it.

Bit unfair to say "ban all porn websites". Also the Kids thing is again untrue, I'm only 18 and I do have a friend who has a rediculous amount of Porn on his phone but he is not corrupt from it or anything, its down to the person who wants to watch it rather than to blame the entire porn industry for destroying our children (aka me being one of them).

"ruining the furture of our generation" - now thats just a silly claim isn't it?

the industry is too far gone and way to big to put them in a little box with their own domain extension. as easy as it is to register a domain, whats to stop more from cropping up under .com. people always look for some one else to fix their issues. how about we start with more accountability behind the keyboard.

    [sarcasm/]Yeah right!
Since it's a well documented fact that society in general was very close to Utopian in nature before the advent of internet porn.
Oh, I Iong for the day when we return to traditional values where nothing bad ever happened (i.e happened, but never discussed) and simpler, gentler time...
    [/sarcasm]
Ever heard of parable of Pandora's box ?
(and no it's not a porn title...well, maybe it is, but that's not what I'm referring to)

Actually, I'm perusing "computer parts porn"; http://www.buy.com/prod/hp-zr24w-24...descreen-lcd-monitor/q/loc/101/214928474.html Trying desperately to resist not, not buying it. Why, just because I want to. Besides who really benchmarks monitors anyway.

What I really want it for, is to display vivid, color accurate pornography throughout 178 degrees horizontal, and 178 degrees vertical, glorious angles of view.

If you check, you'll find that I'm now off topic in three separate threads.

"I,m = = = "I AM"... ! God that felt good. I was momentarily overcome by the spirit of Neil Diamond, er sorry.

    I Are Said Me.........

Verily, I did not cried, it was more sort of, well, orgasmic*.

*(Please note that I used the term "orgasmic" to maintain topical integrity with the pornographic subject matter of the parent thread).

Will you take this to your city council to have this momentous occasion declared, decreed, decried... :p a local holiday? Rom Jeremy day perhaps?....I guess that would have to be 3 or four days, but you get the idea.

All of that notwithstanding, I think I owe myself one of those monitors. What thinkest thou...?

I think you deserve better than that, as I would bet a healthy talent that you played a part in bringing this to fruition. I thinkest, that you should invest in a three monitor semi surround porn system. You will have to then abandon the IGP you fancy, but I for one think it would be well worth it.

Can you "tuna" that in a little better, darlin'...?
Indeed, and with a plate or two of sushi placed strategically within the semi-circle of lust, as it were.
