Overclocking Athlon II X3 425

I recently purchased an X3 and after being disappointed in the fact that it's a CADAC and thus not unlockable to an X4, I decided to overclock it. I managed to get it up to 3307MHz, but I've hit a wall. I can't get it stable, even with voltage increases, past this speed. In fact, I've actually had to dial the voltage down to 1.4V from 1.425V stock to produce stability at this speed. I've tried lowering the HT/NB, RAM speeds, and upping voltages, but nothing seems to work.

Am I missing something here?
