PC restarts when connecting to the internet

Problem:

Sometimes when trying to connect to the internet on a dial-up connection. Just when the connection has been made - When ‘Registering your computer on the network' appear. The pc restarts.

Computer Details :

Intel 2.8 Ghz
OS : Windows XP SP2
Smart Link 56K Modem ( Internal )

Can someone please have a look at the Minidump file and tell me what the source of this problem is.

The first minidump crashed at device driver and the second minidump crashed with bugcheck C5. I think it is faulty RAM. As you know, minidump is only snap when the problem occurs. Attach 5 to 6 minidumps here hence I can confirm whether it is faulty RAM or not.
 
After I investigate your minidumps I believed that your problem is faulty RAM. As the BSOD does not occur very frequent, reseat memory stick to another memory slot may resolve the problem.
