Popup message and unknown desktop icons

Everytime I press the Esc, Del and Enter in my keyboard, a random pop-up message will come out for 5 seconds. And if I press it consecutively, my desktop already have 9,000+ unknown icon which is 0B. Is there anything I can do to remove that virus or malware? Thank you!
