Problem in Mini053109-02.dmp and other mini

Hello

i have a problem at my pc.

when i turn on my pc and the pc isn't connected to the internet (dsl modem turned off) i got this error

and sometimes when i click on my mouse the pc suddenly restarts. or sometimes in restarts alone every 10 mins.

especially when sometimes i click on my mouse or keyboard or move my mouse suddenly it restarts.

Is it a USB mouse?

I'd advise you to uninstall the drivers for the USB DSL modem first and download the latest drivers and install those. See if that resolves it.

yes it is a usb mouse

sir my dsl modem doesn't have any driver. when i get it i just plugged it.

and even the mouse. i just plugged into the usb.

As u mentioned this files above... I think its better to clear all ur temp files first(type %temp% in run dialog box) and delete all the files...which wont effect your computer nor OS..
Once u finish this clear all the cache from ur browser and then do a system scan.... If any threats are found delete them.....
USE KEYBOARD FOR DOING ALL THE ABOVE STEPS....
If it doesnt help.... look in to event viewer (type eventvwr in run dialog box)

If you find nay error mesages try to use source and event id entries in eventid.net site which can give you the details for your problems.....

1. Make sure your DNS is set up properly.
2. Make sure the account you are requesting with has the authority to request certificates through the Certification Authority.
3. u have to go to Add/Remove programs/Windows Components and uncheck Update Root Certificates

if it is running check the ip settings in ur network connections.....

Remove mouse for sometime and operate the pc only with keyboard.. If the prob persists then connect other mouse if u have any spare or get it from ur frnd or neighbour or any to test on your pc.....
