Yes it would have been, if not for the fact that the receipt was with my friend and the Sony UK people refused a replacement without proof of purchase. Also, the mail charges here are outrageous and it would have cost at least as much as the cheapest flight ticket here to send the whole thing to the UK.

@ Rage exactly what my Model did...while playing GRAW2 it HANGS...has happened more then once. I just Cold reboot it and then its fine but it has happened more than once. Other games its fine most of the time. I have had mine over a year and now it just seems like it might fail on me..I had a dream about this so i would not doubt it lmao.

I'd love to fly somewhere and get my system fixed. Then I would rather upgrade my PS3 HDD B4 i buy a newer model with cheap parts :haha:

The 120Gb model of the PS3 isn't bringing vibration back... You can buy the Dual shock 3's now anyway separately, no need to wait for the 120Gb model.

Well the 80GB, whats its BC percentage? I think it is atleast above 75% BC with PS2 games so that MGS4 Bundle is sort of tempting.

i will be putting in a 250gb sata hdd soon.

DAMN out of my 10PS3 games i have only finished COD4..GRAW2 and Vegas are next and i have splinter cell DA but its on PS2....thinking about buying it on PS3 not 2 sure yet. If you upgrade your HDD please leave some comments or suggestions...ima do it eventually....Just needa build my RIg i ave had sitting here with the parts and desk just to lazy lmao

I have the 60GB model and never had any problems, not a single hang, and well I do care about BC, I have a few games for PS2 and don't own a PS2, so if they drop BC for future models I won't be upgrading my console, I think I won't do it anyways as long as my system works fine.

About the games, well I have only 5 games:

1-Ninja gaiden Sigma(can't finish, too hard for me )
2-COD 4 (playing)
3-Assasins Creed (finished)
4-Devil May Cry 4 (playing)
5-Uncharted: Drake's fortune (finished)

Oh! I have a question if anybody know anything about it please tell me,

Why most PS3 games have only 720p resolution and the X360 all the games have 1080p, is that true 1080p or just upscaling? I mean I've look at both and they look the same in 1080p HDTV, so? is there a problem with ps3 upscaling or why games are reported (on the cases) to have only 720p support

Woo! I got the Lemmings PSN game for free today. I filled out a PS3 survey i got in an email from Sony and a couple of weeks later they sent me an email with a code for it Nothing special but hey it was free. If you get a survey from Sony i recommend you fill it out.

Had a PS3 since it came out. I camped for it
I luv it. Yeah it took a bit to get the good games out but 360 has been out for much longer so you can't compare the 2. This year will be killer as there is tons of great games comming out such as Killzone, Resistance 2, MGS4, Little Big Planet, Home, RedAlert 3 etc. I will bancrupt that's all I have to say.
The online is getting better as well. Home will be comming out soon and they will integrate the XMB into games so it will be great.

GTA IV pre-order done! Can't wait for this game, it's going to be so good. Hopefully it delivers.. No doubt it will.

I got GTA4, Vegas 2, MGS4 all on pre-order for the PS3. Sucks because after Vegas 2 I have to wait until Late april until ne good games come out. Then May is a sucky month for the PS3 and Early june with battlefield bad company i might get it. It will be the first battlefield game i have played/own.

I cant wait until the latter part of this year, all the great games always come out towards the end of the yr like they were trying to do with GTA, I think this is the first GTa that came out on consles and it didnt have a release date of October.

I can add Rainbow 6 Vegas 2 to my completed list funny because i did not finish the first one. The online Terrorist hunt is the best online feature IMO.

Assassin's Creed is awesome. A bit of rinse and repeat, but fun all the same. Recommended if you haven't played it yet.
CoD 4 is another fantastic experience. Wonder how Crysis will look though.

Well the DS3 come out tomorrow officially in North America...I think im going to try one out.

Tom Clancy has a new flight simulator...HAWX...coming for 360 and PS3 i think PC as well...look damn good. You should check out the video http://ps3.ign.com/articles/864/864061p1.html

In the video they mention the Guys name from GRAW Cpt Mitchell..im seeing how TC games are becoming intertwined with one another...and I'm liking it.

Anyway, I played Warhawk and was not impressed by it. I have only actually played 3 games for it, and already love the system.

I have played Army of Two (loved), Warhawk (ok), and Motorstorm (decent). I really wanna play MGS4, Devil May Cry 4, GTA4, and GT5. Wow, every game is a sequal.

I usually go to Ign or gamespot and check the previews and release dates 2 see what i might lik...SOCOM in Sept so you better get it!!!

Warhawk is recieving an update next week so it should get better...i have not played it in about 2months tho...Rainbow 6 vegas 2 is pretty Good and fun

COD4 should be on your list Mopar if you have not played it yet. New map packs for it as well even though idk when it is going to be finally released.
