Attached are zipped minidumps.

PC bluescreens during Spybot scan. Adaware and AVG run fine. Memtest and Harddrive test (DFT) both pass.
When I looked at the minidumps, I got causes as: "hardware", "win32k.sys", "MachineOwner", etc
Any help?
Thanks!

The running processes of all the minidumps are SpybotSD.exe and the culprit is 70% M/B and 30% is RAM.
