I am using hp compaq presario cq61-430ei / VY445EA, I use to browse fine with my clean install windows 8 and all of a sudden this problem surface:
Realtek PCIe FE Family Controller PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8136&SUBSYS_3069103C&REV_02\4&361A6633&0&00E1 This device cannot start. I even try installing windows 7 ultimate (w7 home premium was the factory os) but still, it could not avail...I seriously need assistance please...I can't update or reinstall the driver...all effort failed...
