Inactive Redirect Virus... god help me lol

G'day guys.. long time reader 1st time poster..

Been using tip from this site for awhile now for myself and friends who have had troubles..
Today tho im afraid this one is beyond me..

This redirect virus is doing my head in.. followed the steps although GMER and DDS links seem to be broken and in my current state was going to try another site to dload them.

I scanned my system with malware bytes b4 coming to this site and scored somewhere around 51 infections.. when that didn't work I came here and followed the steps

Avira found a further 25 infections after using malware bytes
