Run-time error 384 A form can't be moved or sized while minimized or maximized.

I keep getting this little error message on my PC. It has a name(project 1) and says the above message. I have thoroughly checked my system for both viruses and spyware with no results. The message box disappears when I hit Ctrl+Alt+Delete to check on the running processes. There is no software on this system that would use the 'Project 1' title. Any thoughts on what this annoying little error may be? Could it just be a Windows bug? Any responses would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. As an afterthought, I tried to restore the system to an earlier point before the problems started, it went through the process, but then reported that it could not complete the restore.

I never resolved the issue. Just to make the system more efficient, I ended up doing a full clean/reinstall of my OS. I'm not suggesting that this is what you need to do, but it sure fixes problems! :haha: Good luck.
