Should I upgrade my PSU?

My setup:
ASUS motherboard
ati 9550 (CATALYST 5.3 and CATALYST Control Center)
512mb DDR ram
cd rom52x
AMD Athlon(tm) XP 2200+ 1.79GHz
40 gig samsung
110 gig wdc wd400
300w power supply

should i upgrade to this(I'm really wanting this),

Stay away from that powmax piece of (goodlooking) crap.
The CoolerMaster PSU is a bit weak on the +12v rails, only 12+10=22Amp
It will do fine for your current PC, but as soon as you want to upgrade, you will be in trouble.
Look for something with at LEAST 16+16, better is 18+18, such as the ENERMAX Noisetaker EG495P-VE SFMA ATX 485W Power Supply

I use the one in the link below, and Antec True 430, and it serves me very well. I paid $100 for it though at CompUSA, before I wised up and started using NewEgg.
