Please use the 8-step spyware removal process

Please go to this techspot review and follow all 8-steps. http://www.techspot.com/vb/topic58138.html One may feel tempted to bypass a step or two I would recommend you resist temptation.

Be great to hear back as to a status report!
    Regards.

    Didn't he/she complete that guide already ?

    Edit:

    kaceylee ,

Your Malwarebytes scan states: No action taken on the found malwares

You will need to start it again
    Then update it again
Then do a full scan again
But, this time, view the report, and fix all files found

    Restart

And then reply with the New HijackThis log
    .

This is the most startup items and running processes that I have ever seen on a log. You need to disable some of them.

    How can I see that?
Or I see is the report stating "No action taken "

Anyway I'll take your word for it

Just run Startup Control Panel and remove any unwanted Startups
    Restart

And then Provide a new HJT log
