I am still working on the remaining steps. So far the computer is starting normally and appears ok. I was checking for Windows updates & it has a pop up box "problem reporting" that has been checking for solutions about the last 10 minutes. I am getting the following pop up messages:

dell data safe local backup not working
    IAstorUI not working

    high cpu usage by iastordatamgrsvc.exe

    It says "No action taken".
Re-run it, fix all issues and post new log.

The good news is that previously present file is gone.

Quick question: I am trying to clean up/uninstall old programs and found this in my list. Is this safe?
