Looks like a great promotion. Count me in!! My wife has an Acer Aspire 1 and loves it. I'll "borrow" if occasionally when I need to check signal strength of a WIFI network because it's so lite.

Comparing to my Asus EeePC, the Acer Aspire One 11.6 sure beats it hands down in the following :

- Screen size (4.6 inches wider than mine)
- Keyboard (full sized)
- Touchpad (wider and with multi-gesture to pinch, flick ad swirl for different purposes)

What more do I need to say about how these 3 abovementioned features will improve my netbook experience?

These little net books can come in real handy if you are a comuting worker and in the air all the time. I took my wife's laptop on a trip once and just got frustrated because of all the room it took. Techspot has been my favorite technology news and support website since 2006. I never created my account but I kept on visiting it almost twice a day if not at least once a day. Today I saw that offer of Acer was really interested , winning is big deal but participation is even bigger. Let me get into the subject matter and put on comments eventually and get interacted. So definitely I would like to join the give out contest. By the way, I have never used any Acer laptops, through this I can know more about Acer and its specialties.

I have been looking at one of these things for some time now. Money is really tight and I just cant afford one right now - maybe Black Friday will bring them more into my price range - then again, if I do get picked, it will be more in my price range!
