My, I can't believe I was away that long! Haven't posted in ages! :D
    Anyhow, here goes mine:

For those curious: It's not Windows, no.
    It's Linux.
And my own distro at that.
This is the default layout till I come up with something better.

    Cheers! ;)

Either that, or a good place to walk the dog..... Do you have to bring a baggie when you boot that baby up?

OK, here's the disclaimer. "I wanted desperately to not say those things, but the demons of my poor to non-existent impulse control, beat the crap out of the angels of my better nature".

I just save time and bring a bag of crap with me cuz I don't have a dog.

Don't feel bad, my daemons win out most of the time as well....I blame it on tourette syndrome...!#%@&**#!....pardon

Then there's always the chore of, "mowing the lawn", (euphemistically speaking).

Is it considered "bad taste" to mow your computer's lawn, or does it just "taste bad"....?

You know that some religious extremists believe that it wasn't an apple Eve let Adam munch on. After all, Steve Jobs hadn't been born yet.

This is all going to be in my forthcoming treatise on sexual innuendo through the ages. For now, the working title is, "Faster than you can say Lickety-Split", WTF does that even mean"?

I think a proper lickety-split can be seen on page 146 of the Joy of Sex

No silly, those aren't "viruses" dancing on your desktop, those are Youtube videos that have, "gone viral"....;)

Dude hat looks awesome. What's it called?
  12. Marnomancer TechSpot Booster Posts: 801   +46

They call it Enlightenment, or E17 for short.
There's quite a bit of custom, home-grown code underneath that in my case though, so the effect isn't fully replicable. ;)

Mine looks quite a lot like Michelle Trachtenberg in a see through shirt, with a transparent Win7 taskbar underneath.

Ah, sweet Michelle, she's one of "Joss Whedon's waifs". Amy Acker pops up from time to time on, "Person of Interest". Now there's a face for the ages. And....., she used to be a lingerie model. Never could find any decent high-res pictures of her though.:'(
