Not too shabby, I don't think I'd ever leave my PC with a picture like that.

As far as my desktop, this is what I have

I am in the process of rebuilding one for myself. It is going to be sweet.

Here are my latest Longhorn Screenshots - Don't make fun of the resolution - I'm borrowing a crappy monitor from a friend that will only go up to 1024x768@60hz.

Good call w/ posting LH pics :D

Looks like Windows XP XP. Which it really is..."Longhorn XP Professional"

    Well it doesn't look half bad...really ;)

soulbox: my primary machine, I use it for games and coding mostly. It dual boots XP and Gentoo Linux.

That is an overclocked speed, yes. I like to keep my desktops simple and clean, easy on the eyes.

    Soulbox Desktop, 206kb

aera: my secondary machine, used for IRC, ICQ, AIM, internet, email, some games, ftps, p2p, music, movies, et cetera. Dual 560mhz celerons. Again, overclocked. 2 400mhz celerons @ 560 and stable, 384mb RAM. SMP is love.

    Aera Desktop, 343kb

I have lots of other machines but I don't use them nearly enough to warrant posting their desktops.

I typically choose themes or colors that are darker or softer on the eyes. Easy to read, easy to see, won't make my room light up too much.

Well since my company finally replaced my antique laptop I though I would have a few nice desktop mods since I don't have to worry about it slowing the PC down much :)

So here's my current desktop :)

We're needing more real estate conrad...

What is that Arris? StyleXP? Window Blinds? I'm using WB, and I'll post pics later.

The skin is "BOOM". Really cool. Can detach one part of the player from the other like a little portable device. Can also get the skin from the Authors web site.

Its Windowblinds I'm using, skin is called Grayce.
Also using the demo version of Icon Packager for the icons.

And the backdrop is from Sony ;)

Arris I clicked to check out your link and it says you need to upgrade your account. There is no more free web hosting, etc......
