My operating system is Windows 7. My computer is recently infected with the malware "Win 7 Antispyware 2012." I attempted to solve the problems by following the instructions at bleepingcomputer, but several problems remain. Every time I launch Windows (normal mode) a fake alert appears with the title "Windows Explorer is requesting your permission..." asking for my admin password. I have to leave them untouched. If I close the dialog, most of the processes of Windows will be wiped out, causing all of my desktop shortcuts and taskbar to disappear, forcing me to either log out (via CTRL+ALT+DEL, at this point I can still bring up the Task Manager) or reboot. - FixNCR.reg was unable to reset all registries, as some were always in use. - RKill would manage to remove one file in the local appdata folder, but once it finished another fake dialog would be spawned. - TDSSKiller found no threats. - I installed Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and allowed it to perform full scans. It told me infections were successfully removed, but the problem persisted. Before the infections I was using the free edition of AVG, which introspect was not a good decision. The fake alert/pop-up still appear. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
