Windows built in id3 editor problem.. pic included

Im using windows xp x64 .. not sure if that matters, but when I try to right click on an mp3 file and edit its id3 tag for some reason it isn't showing me the usual fields that let you input the artist and title, year, etc ..

I know what u mean ...
I think u can do it in your player :grinthumb

I think it has something to do with copy protection/licencing. It usually happens to *.wma's but occasionally with *.mp3's too.

I may be wrong tho.
