hi all,
I am currently in student halls and have to put up with a horrid wireless internet connection. This wouldn't be so bad (no gaming, but hey), but whenever I try to launch another app, mostly games to play in single player, the connection just drops. I thought it was just skype originally (got dropped from calls), but i've noticed that downloads halt aswell.
Edit: Power saving settings for wireless adapter = maximum performance, signal strength varies from 3 to 5 bars.
Windows device manager says my card is a Broadcom 802.11g Network Adapter.
dxDiag is attached.
Anyone know what I might do?
Cheers.
