X800,GT or 6600,GT

Hi guys i was wonder what would be the best upgrade for me.

X800GT with 512 megs more memory or 6600GT with no exta purchases.

i have a:

Athlon 64 3200+ winchester
asus a8v-e deluxe
512 megs of kingston ram
asus 6200tc vid ard
160 gig sata HDD

IF you can just put in your opinion i would make you feel rather apreciated.

also how much of a difference in gaming does more ram have.

like i said, you need it to run modern games at an acceptable perofrmance level.
