  1. Does anyone know of fix for running ZA with XP
I looked everywhere even ZA website had no help tried
    there patch did not work.
I don't trust M$ firewall and I hate norton stuff
when I run ZA my pc locks up no alt ctrl delete no nothing
the event viewer shows zip other than saving stuff in memory
    and dcom cdrom issue.
I stop running ZA and all is right,or its one big coincidence???

I have never had a problem running XP and zonealarm.

first thing i would do is uninstall/reinstall ZoneAlarm you may have a corrupt install.

In event viewer you do not have any errors, under system or application?

ZoneAlarm has this crap Vector thing that eats resources.
Ditch ZoneAlarm and surf to and get their free firewall.
If you are a control-freak, you may also like or and use one of their free firewalls.

will try kerio first.I can be acontrol freak at times
I don't like software just doing what it wants without a good explaination.
I used to run blackice ,but these days with learning php and flash I don't have the time.
