Millions of Apple fans may be looking forward to the iPhone, but Microsoft certainly isn't
. In fact, this is now the second time they have come out to public ally state the future demise of the as of yet unreleased device, claiming it will never be able to get significant marketshare. This time, Steve Ballmer is claiming that Apple doesn't have the advantage they did with the iPod, which will lead to them having maybe a tiny fraction of the market. If you recall, just two weeks ago another Microsoft exec said the iPhone faced another disadvantage in that it has no place in the business market
With all the negative press Microsoft is so obviously wanting to direct at Apple, could they possibly be scared that it will actually be a success? They seem awfully intent on making sure we all know it'll never go anywhere. I'm sure Apple disagrees.
