Software mod for turning your Radeon 9500 non-Pro into a 9700

I found this little gem over at hardocp.com. I know next to nothing about it, but a quick skim over the instructions looks like its pretty easy. Its a software only modification (just using a hacked driver) so I guess its minimal danger, but remember that you do this at your own risk and if you wreck your equipment techspot can't be held responsible. Not that I think that that's likely but all the same its worth saying.

Find the details and links here.

Good luck!

Unwinder has added the same (if not better?) script in his 12.1 release of Riva Tuner. Anyone try it yet ?

I would probably prefer Riva Tuner over that...
