Logitech recently acquired TT Design Labs, a two-person Kickstarter-founded iPhone accessory startup that launched two years ago. Two of the company's debut products, the TidyTilt and the JustMount Magnetic Organizer, are expected to be released in a matter of weeks and are now available for pre-order on Logitech's website.

Logitech senior vice president and general manager Eric Kintz said the growing popularity of crowd-sourced funding is bringing tremendous innovation in consumer products and TT Design Labs is a perfect example of that.

The TidyTilt is a jack-of-all-trades type of case for the iPhone 5. Available in plastic or leather, it features a kickstand used to angle the phone on its side, a magnetic mount that can be used to secure the handset on your refrigerator or other metal surface and a wrap for earbuds. The plastic version retails for $34.95 while the leather variant will set you back $49.95.

The JustMount Magnetic Organizer is, well, just that - a magnetic organizer. It can be used to keep track of your keys, a mini stapler or even your iPhone. Logitech says it elevates your most important items in an effort to reduce tabletop clutter. It'll set you back $24.95 and is available for pre-order as of writing.

The company's founders, Derek Tarnow and Zahra Tashakorina, said they were skeptical about an acquisition at first but came to learn that Logitech shared a vision for where the industry is headed and they also have a passion for building great products.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
