I have a Dell Latitude D400 at start up it ask for Admin Password and doesnt allow me to enter setup or change the boot config the
service tag: 41W0R51-595B, In addition I tried latitude.exe and Master Password and shorting the chip From Paragon. it didn't work, Help Please!
