If you have installed any new hardware, then remove it and check whether that resolves the issue.

Have you tried 'Last Known Good Configuration'?

I have made no changes whatsoever in the past 3 months.

Searching the microsoft site for this issue turns up no results :(

Do you have any mini dump files that we can debug?

C:\Windows\Minidump

Least we may be able to narrow it down :).

Yes have noticed that microsoft aren't very helpful on this one

Just looked at them now, both dumps look to be driver related.

Do you have a Razer mouse by any chance? Seem to be caused by dadder.sys which is apparently a mouse driver.

Razer Habu USB Optical Mouse Driver

Try updating your mouse drivers :)

Hi snowchick7669,

I do actually have a razer deathadder but the drivers and firmwire for it are fully up to date. Should i try reinstalling ?
