SYS-Address A9037976 base at A9006000, datestamp 48ed1e13 and it had other writings that had instructions i tried, but no results. I am currently running it in safe mode with networking so i could access the net. I have windows vista premium acer laptop intel core 2 duo processor T6400 (2 GHz, 800MHz FSB, 2mb L2 cache) nvidia geforce G105M turbocache 4GB DDR3 320GB HDD 802.11a/b/g/draft-N WLAN can anyone please help me. SRTSPL.SYS is related to symantec (i.e. Norton) security suite.
Please follow these steps: 1. Turn on your notebook 2. Once Power on Self Test (POST) is complete (you may see acer logo etc. ) and screen goes blank for a moment start pressing F8. 3. A menu with various boot options will be displayed, 4. Select 'Last Good Known Configuration' and hit enter If the above doesn't work can you please try to boot into safe mode? You can do this by following these steps: 1. Turn on your notebook 2. Once Power on Self Test (POST) is complete (you may see acer logo etc. ) and screen goes blank for a moment start pressing F8. 3. A menu will appear giving you various boot options, 4. Choose Boot in Safe mode and press Enter Log in the safe mode, 1. Click on Start, then go to Programs and then to Accessories 2. Then Go to System Tools and select System Restore 3. Follow the wizard and try to restore your windows to some previous (but recent) restore point. Let me know if the above suggestions help or otherwise. Regards |
