You should add the Exile/Avernum/Geneforge games to that list. Great little RPGs if you don't care too much about high-end graphics.

I also don't see Elder Scrolls III: Daggerfall on there, even though you have both Arena and Morrowind.

And how did I miss the Ultima series?

One of the longest-running and most amazing RPG series of all time!

Ultima I
Ultima II: Revenge of the Enchantress
Ultima III: Exodus
Ultima IV: Quest of the Avatar
Ultima V: Warriors of Destiny
Ultima VI: The False Prophet
Ultima VII: The Black Gate + Forge of Virtue
Ultima VII: The Serpent Isle + The Silver Seed
Ultima VIII: Pagan
Ultima IX: Ascension
Ultima Underworld: The Stygian Abyss
Ultima Underworld II: Labyrinth of Worlds

I personally suggest Ultima 6 and 7 for anyone who is a fan of story-rich RPGs, and Ultima 4/5 for a very unique style of game.

You can pick up Ultimas 1 through 8 on a single CD via the Ultima Collection.

Whoops, typo

Daggerfall and Ultima VII were both eye-opening experiences for me.

Civilization! The first 2 (some say are the best) could practically run on a toaster, with 3 and 4 not being very steep at all.

What an awesome thread! Now I'm not in such a hurry to upgrade my system. I haven't played a lot of the games on the list, but I should before running to upgrade.

Might I add Pop the Balloon Dog?

Just kidding - but, hey, my wife likes it.

Hey guys, thanks for the fantastic contributions. I've finally updated the list, thanks to some tweaks made by Mr. Julio.

Enjoy and keep them coming!

Battlefield Vietnam... really great game... nothing truly beats flying a Huey and having Music from the chopper sound out over the battle field, while your gunnies fire like madmen

Speedy Egbert is a great side-scrolling game, and it will run on a pentium 3.

Good additions, but please do look at the list itself since a large majority of the games you've posted are already on the list.

Thanks for the other contributions though.

Do you not realize that it says "Great games", not "Barley moderate, killed through cheating games?"

Nah, just kidding, but I think we're aiming more toward games you install and play, not online flash games.

World of Goo - Its a really great game and kind of new. Check out if you like awesome 2d games.
Freedom Fighters - 3rd person shooter
Tactical Ops - First one is great, based on UT (99) engine. Like CS.,
Audiosurf - Ride your music.. hard to describe.
Scarface: World is Yours

Actually that system you listed can run lots of games, but the thing is if you want to run it on high or low/barely running mode.

ill check over my game collection and add more
