3 CLI.exe processes, ctfmon removal

I don't think it affects performance but I have 3 CLI.exe processes running all the time.
I read somewhere that this should not be.

Also how do I remove the ctfmon.exe process permanently?

What about the 3 CLI.exe processes? I remember some time ago there used to be only one.

cli.exe is installed alongside ATI's range of graphics cards with the Catalyst hardware driver range. Installs a easy-to-access taskbar icon for access to diagnostics features. This is a non-essential process. Disabling or enabling it is down to user preference.

Perhaps ATI forums can help here as to the anount of Cli.exe processes that should be running.
