5.1 Speakers with TV

Hello,

I have a 5.1 channel set of creative speakers(Creative PCworks) and a Hitachi L32S02A LCD TV. I want to connect the speakers to the TV so I can get surround sound output. I have absolutely no idea on how to do that. Help me please.

So you want surround sound from your computer and from your TV? Are you using your TV as a computer monitor?

No not from my computer, I want surround sound just from the TV and I don't use the TV as a monitor.

What is the model number of your Creative PCworks?

Its Creative PCworks LX520 . Quite old.
