8 Step Results for Laptop

My main home computer has been working fine since being cleared of Trojans etc a few weeks ago, I have finally got around to doing the laptop and the results are below.

I have included the results of the Avira Scan as it shows some trouble/trojans during the first full scan after it was put on the laptop today after removing the AVG program.

It has not been displaying any real faults as such, just want to make sure I clear any infections/trojans on it.

been away with work but was wondering if anyone had looked at the results of the 8 steps for the laptop and if there were any steps required to ensure it is clean?
