Oh!Correct!
I've issues related with the Windows Updates!
When clicking on "Search updates" it keeps saying:
"Windows cant find any updates because the service is not being executed.You may have to reboot the machine".
I tried rebooting again and again but the problem is still there.

Download Windows Repair (all in one) from this site

Install the program then run

Go to step 2 and allow it to run Disc check

Once that is done then go to step 3 and allow it to run SFC

On the the Start Repairs tab click Start button.

Please ensure that items seen in the image below are ticked as indicated:

Click on box next to the Restart System when Finished. Then click on Start

When done post new FSS log.

Let me explain my delay:
-After doing Step2: "Go to step 2 and allow it to run Disc check"
-The machine reboots.
-And begins checking via Checkdisk(sectors,etc).
-Then the computer reboots and it again tries to make a check of the disk
I have let the computer to reboot,check,reboot,checkl,reboot as much as it desired. But after this couple of days is really obvious there are some big problems.
If I want to use the PC I am forced to "jump" the Chkdsk

Following steps involve registry editing. Please create new restore point before proceeding!!!

Download Seven.zip file from here: http://www.smartestcomputing.us.com/files/download/9-registry-network-keys/
Unzip the file.
You'll find several files inside.
Double click on windefend.reg file and confirm the prompt.
Double click on wscsvc.reg file and confirm the prompt.
Double click on bfe.reg file and confirm the prompt.
Double click on mpssvc.reg file and confirm the prompt.
Restart computer.
Post new FSS log.

Nope
When clicking on the "Search for updates" it still tells me the same: "Windows update can't search for updates because the service is not being executed"
About Microsoft Security Essentials:
It tells me that the "Status: Risk", "Security Essentials is not supervising the computer as the service of the program has been stopped.You should start it now". Below it there is a "Start now" button. When I click on it,the following error appears: "The service of MSE couldn't be started.The specified service doesnt exist as an installed service. Details: Error 0x80070424"
