Solved Accidently installed a browser bar, now computer acting strange.

Sorry I got some issues in real life and I couldn't use the computer so much to answer the question, and sorry for miss the question.

Computer seems better now, but sometime my browser freezes and computer seems a little slow.

Firefox, sometimes chrome too

Reset Chrome...
Click on "Customize and control Google Chrome":

Click "Settings" then "Show advanced settings" at the bottom of the screen.

Click "Reset browser settings" button.

Restart Chrome.
