ACPI Bios Error

I have a PC that has been booting just fine for over 3 years. Yesterday when it was booted we received the message:

ACPI BIOS in this system is not fully compliant with ACPI. Nothing has been added, PC is normally in daily use.

I have virus scaned it with two different virus scanners, cleaned all files, and ran Registry Mechanic on it.

Anyone have some ideas on repair.
