I've been having this problem and it's really annoying. It's like, nothing won't kind of, stay put, if you know what I mean. For example, if I turn off the pop-up blocker, it will turn off but will turn on again as soon as something tries to pop up (web messenger, to be specific). And then there's the whole activex thing, when I go to Toos>Internet Options>Security>Custom Level, everything is disabled, and when I try to enable/prompt some stuff (such as download signed activex controls), click OK and close it and try to install flash player, I can't, because guess what? I go on Security, everything is disabled! This is so irritating! Any ideas on what I should do?
