Ada880 speaker system volume

Does any have any idea why the volume control on Altec Lansing ada880 4.1 speaker system will not turn volume up..I turn it up and goes back to zero automatically..no matter how high I turn it..same with bass and treble control.everything else works..Reseting to default does not help..Thanks..

I think that's 5.1

If I understand right, you are saying that when you slide the volume bar up, it drops back to 0.

If that is the case see if you can select it with the mouse then use the arrow keys to adjust it.

And a permanent fix may be to try installing the latest drivers for your sound card.
