Administration Priviliges

Hi!... Ive'd lost my administration status.
I'm unable to delete,download,restore or upgrade. I'm running xp. Machine very slow. Thank you ...Hector....

Have you tried loggin in as Administrator, and not your personal account? You can get to that screen by hitting CTRL - ALT - DEL at the login screen twice.
