Adobe and Divx

Alright, I've been trying to figure this out and cant- I can use Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0 on a different machine and render just fine. I use CS4 on a brand new machine and cant even open a Divx file let alone render. Does anyone know what needs to be installed on a machine for Adobe to be able to open and render Divx files properly? I've tried Divx 7 and that doesnt seem to help..

Oh, and yes - I know Divx isnt meant for editing but were trying to do it anyways.
