Advice on a new rig

Hey everyone. I am looking to have 1 SSD and 2 HDD's in my rig. I want to make my SSD my boot drive and have my 2 HDD stripped and leave them as data drives for gaming.

So when I install a game or any other program it will be installed to the raid and not the SSD.

Your thoughts??

It's striped and it should work just fine, just don't have any expectation of recovering data should anything go wrong with your array. Also, will you be using hardware or software RAID?

I havent decieded yet. I might get 4 HDD's and go RAID10 tho now that I think about it.

Install as much of your programs and games on the SSD as possible to get the maximum benefit. SSD prices have come down a lot lately, 128GB is very affordable and you should be able to fit a lot on there.
