I recently reset my HP desktop to factory settings. Now the alarm clock

On both my laptop's I believe it is an Alarm clock, World Clock & multiple timers. I've had this desktop for a few years & have reset it before & clock always came back, I do not believe it is an app.

I guess it is an app, I got it back & works pretty good
