Algorithm for Looping Internet Tasks

I'm trying to create an algorithm to complete and repeat a task in Internet Explorer. I'm looking for any ideas for software for creating such an algorithm and then any ideas on actually creating it.

btw: a browser is not the normal way to 'to loop a task with internet access'
