Almost rid of WinAntiVirusPro2006 - My HJT log

Would someone mind taking a look at the log? I see some obvious ones in here, but I thought I would double check my thoughts against other minds.

Your system is badly infected with malware. You`re also running an outdated version of HJT and it seems you`re not running any antivirus or firewall software.

Very Important: Before deciding whether you should clean or reformat your system, go and read this thread HERE and decide what it is you want to do.

If after reading the above, you wish to clean your system, do the following.

Go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT, AVG Antispyware and Combofix logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.

Also, let me know the results of the AVG Antirootkit scan.

Thanks for (correcting my etiquette on the post, and) replying. I'm going to have a busy couple of days on top of going through the 15 steps so I'll get back to you soon with the logs.
